Workplace training

Depending on the size of the workplace, some training may be mandatory. Regardless, we believe that training workshops provide employees (and employers) with the knowledge to identify and handle a variety of workplace issues.

We offer a range of training topics such as:

Harassment and Violence Training;
Accommodation in the Workplace; and/or
Understanding the Employment Standards Act, 2000.

We are also happy to work with an employer to develop customized training that is right for their workplace.

Do you offer in-person or virtual training?

Both! We much prefer meeting and engaging with employees in-person. However, we are fully equipped to provide virtual training.

What is the cost of your training workshops?

Typically, we offer trainings for a block fee, depending on the total time needed. We will discuss this up front to ensure there are no hidden costs or surprises with the bill. For more details on our training fees, please contact us!
